Worship and Our Hearts
Like I said previous post God has started a new work on my heart. Normally I like to have everything figured out before before I share it with others. Not so in this case.
Here's what God has started and then we'll talk about how that is related to worship.
Scripture - Take hold of eternity. 1 Timothy 6:12b
Prayer - Roosevelt Hunter - Be heavenly minded. See 500 year goal previous post
Song - You're Beautiful by Phil Wickham (talking about heaven)
Emily Mackay - Saying yes to God all the time.
Melanie Ferguson (died February 5, 2009) Living lavishly, giving sacrificially.
A Dream I had where Ger Kuhn challenging me - If you don't like something don't make excuses.
Pastor Ken Solbreken - If you don't like something about yourself physically or spiritually change it!
How does this relate to worship?
Getting your heart lined up with God sets us up to worship him in Spirit and truth!
Hoping you love on God and those around you today and everyday.
